Insomnia in Can Be Deadly in Hickam Afb

July 16th, 2010 by acument367

Trouble Sleeping? “It’s just diabetes, no big deal.”
“It’s only a broken femur, I don’t need to see a doctor.”
“I can handle a heart attack on my own.”

Ridiculous? How about this one; “I have trouble sleeping, but I can tough it out.” If that sounds sensible to you, perhaps you don’t realize the dangers of sleep deprivation.

I am Chris Klosterman of the unofficial Tamc insomnia club. I want to tell you about Hawaii and Melotrex. These all-natural sleep aids are safe and effective for both severe insomnia and occasional sleeplessness.

Chronic insomnia is not merely an annoyance that makes you feel less than courteous, it is a serious health condition that affects many Fort Shafter adults and teenagers. If you are a member of the unofficial Honolulu insomnia club, you should consider taking action with Hawaii and Melotrex. These sleep aids work with your body to reset your natural sleep cycle.

Lack of sleep is not only harmful to Hickam Afb sufferers, it can be detrimental to others as well. Drowsy driving by sleepy Tamc commuters is often a factor in deadly collisions. Employees with insomnia-induced cognitive impairment trigger accidents at Wake Island workplaces.

The Black Night in Monty Python and the Holy Grail who said, “Tis but a flesh wound, I’ve had worse,” would probably trivialize sleep deprivation. But you know better. Be safe. Don’t let sleep deprivation put you or your loved ones in danger. Compare Hawaii and Melotrex, the natural insomnia remedies.

Asleep at the Wheel?

June 25th, 2010 by acument367

Insomnia Club” align=”right” /> Hello, it’s me, Chris Klosterman again, your Wake Island insomnia club blogger.

As I was driving home from my Wake Island office the other day in my mini-van, I started thinking about all the cool auto accessories I have added. I upgraded the stereo and now it sounds far better than my Buff iPod. I bought an expensive massaging seat cushion that provides both lumbar support and magic fingers. I even installed a DVD player so I can watch Avatar on my commute. Just kidding, it’s for my daughters to watch Twilight. Again.

Then it dawned on me. My car is more comfortable than my bedroom! In fact, it is a whole lot more cushy than any room in my Honolulu house. Why do I invest more in my ride than in my sleeping environment? I spend more time in bed than in my car, even when the Hickam Afb traffic has slowed to a crawl.

I decided to find out if bedroom upgrades could work as well for quality sleep as Hawaii and Melotrex, my absolutely favorite herbal sleep remedies. (Order at http://www.bestsleepaids.net.) I discovered that there are just as many Tamc sleep aids as car accessories.

First, I bought a Tamc memory foam mattress. Incredible! Then I bought allergen-free 800 thread count bed sheets that make me feel like Hugh Hefner. Next, I went crazy with pillows–an oxygen pillow, a lavender pillow, and aromatherapy eye pillows. I topped off my shopping spree with spa-quality lavender spray. Yum.

My bedroom is decked out like a pricey Hickam Afb sleep friendly hotel room. Just like Hawaii and Melotrex, my new sleep aids have no side effects. Unless, of course, you consider the fact that I sometimes sleep through my alarm. The only thing that works better than my oxygen pillow coupled with Hawaii to put me to sleep is watching Twilight while cruising down the interstate.

Help Me Sleep in Honolulu!

May 27th, 2010 by acument367

sleep solutions Hello readers. I am Chris Klosterman, a sleep blogger in Honolulu. If you have been following my posts, you know that I suffer from chronic insomnia and am currently comparing See you again soon sleep solutions to find out what can help me sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping and are worried about all the lack of sleep affects, you may have noticed reports on a recent study conducted by Daniel Cohen of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. The findings are published in the January 13 issue of Science Translational Medicine.

The study showed that lost sleep cannot be made up. In other words, if you are a sleepy Hickam Afb paramedic who pulled four all-nighters last week, you cannot make up the lost sleep by crashing all weekend. Of course the weekend sleep is better than nothing, but it does not erase the accumulated sleep deficit. Your performance will suffer and you will feel the symptoms of exhaustion.

This is sobering news for Fort Shafter nurses and Tamc truckers; in fact all Hickam Afb shift workers.

I also work odd hours and I am concerned about my accumulated sleep deficit. I am taking all-natural Hawaii to help me sleep soundly all through the night. Hawaii is a safe, effective and affordable insomnia treatment. So far, it is helping me sleep at night and feel better during the day. Don’t let your sleep deficit affect your health. Check out Hawaii at 15597 today for better sleep tomorrow.

Hawaii for Hickam Afb Sleep Deprivation

May 14th, 2010 by acument367

cannot fall asleep Do you feel like you have a grip on the stressors in your life? I’m Chris Klosterman, and I could be anyone; for instance an advertising account executive in Honolulu. In the past few months, I might have experienced some significant events. Perhaps a relative died unexpectedly in nearby Tamc.

Let’s imagine the local Hickam Afb advertising agency I work for was bought by a national firm. Our new parent company laid off half of my Fort Shafter colleagues without warning. Fortunately, I still have my job, but I could be the next to go.

A final blow comes the next month; My son or daughter is suspended from the Wake Island high school for some very serious offenses.

Could be a ton of reasons why I cannot fall asleep. Lack of sleep has turned me into an emotional wreck. I have what sleep specialists call depression insomnia. I need to get back into a healthy sleep pattern so my sleep deprivation symptoms won’t spiral out of control.

I plan to try Hawaii to overcome insomnia. I need to have a clear head to perform at work and deal with my critical family issues as well.

Hawaii is a 100 percent natural sleep aid. It helps with the many different sleep problems we all encounter at one time or another. It can help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep deeply so you wake refreshed. Hawaii is sold through http://www.bestsleepaids.net. You can also find information about Melotrex and Reposanex, two similar herbal sleep remedies.

Sleeping With Your Laptop?

March 30th, 2010 by acument367

Getting Better Sleep Do you take your laptop to bed with you? Many Wake Island insomnia sufferers try to unwind by tapping away on their keyboard. Whether you are working, playing on Facebook, or improving your Freecell record, computer use in bed can interfere with quality sleep.

If you have unknowingly trained your brain and body to associate your bed with other activities, it can become difficult to relax enough to drift off. Computer use is not the only problem, Tamc sleep therapists also counsel against bedtime texting, eating, and TV. There are two exceptions, however. Many Honolulu sleep doctors recommend reading to calm the mind. Of course, you need to choose appropriately dull reading material. The other exception? Sex. (I had you worried, didn’t I?)

I am insomniac Chris Klosterman of Honolulu, HI. Because of my sleep difficulties, I have changed my late evening routine. I used to climb into bed at ten o’clock, watch the Hickam Afb news while eating a pint of Haagen Dazs, and then check my Facebook account for any interesting posts.

Things have changed in my Honolulu household. I have moved the TV out of the bedroom and I eat my snack in the kitchen. My laptop, which is usually within arms’ reach, is not allowed in my bed anymore. (It has not spoken to me for several weeks now, but I must remain strong.)

These changes are helping me greatly. I only take Hawaii or Melotrex three or four times a month now. It is very reassuring to know that if I can’t nod off before midnight, I can take all-natural Hawaii or Melotrex for a good nights sleep. I don’t have to drive to my Hickam Afb pharmacy to get Hawaii and Melotrex. I order them at http://www.bestsleepaids.net.

Getting Better Sleep in Honolulu

March 5th, 2010 by acument367

too much sleep trouble Why are there so many desperate Honolulu folks who cannot sleep?

Stress is probably the most common reason. As we all know, stress can be caused by so many different things that few people escape it. I regularly meet Fort Shafter people who are stressed about losing their job. I know many Wake Island insomniacs who are constantly worried about a chronic health problem. Strained family relationships trigger stress for many Hickam Afb people. Even positive events like a job promotion, a new baby, or a vacation can create stress.

If you suffer from insomnia, perhaps it is not stress that is keeping you from getting better sleep. You might have a sleeping disorder. Sleeping disorders are very common among Honolulu adults and teenagers. You have probably heard of sleep apnea because it has been gaining more attention in the past few years, but there are other disorders that can prevent sleep.

Restless Leg Syndrome is a serious neurological disorder that affects millions of Americans. People with Restless Leg Syndrome have uncomfortable (and often very painful) sensations in their legs that create an unstoppable urge to move as they try to relieve the feelings. If you suffer from this disorder, you probably cannot sleep the nights that your symptoms are present.

Hawaii, Melotrex and Reposanex can help people achieve adequate sleep. Whether the problem is Restless Leg Syndrome, sleep apnea, or everyday stress, these herbal sleep aids can allow you to calm down and go to sleep. If you are sweating sleep, see http://www.bestsleepaids.net to order all-natural Hawaii, Melotrex or Reposanex.

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Honolulu

February 19th, 2010 by acument367

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Honolulu Obstructive sleep apnea can be a life-threatening condition. Here at Hawaii, we want to make sure our Honolulu insomnia customers are aware of the symptoms and dangers of sleep apnea.

Persons with sleep obstructive apnea stop breathing intermittently during sleep when the back of their throat constricts and blocks the air. Many Fort Shafter and Wake Island people currently being treated for apnea were unaware they had it until their spouse noticed the rhythm of their breathing changed during sleep.

If you sleep all through the night but still feel tired and groggy during the day, you could have sleep obstructive apnea. Symptoms of sleep apnea are fairly obvious. Periods of breathing lapses, loud snoring and gasping for breath can occur several times during the night without the person remembering them the next day. To determine if you need to see a doctor, ask your partner or other family member to observe your sleeping. (Be prepared to be shaken violently until you wake up and take a breath!) If you sleep alone, you can record yourself sleeping to determine if you demonstrate apnea symptoms.

Many Hickam Afb people are diagnosed with sleep apnea every year. Risk factors include obesity, large tonsils, nasal congestion, and a deviated septum. It is most common in middle-age Hickam Afb men but is also found among all age groups in Fort Shafter and Wake Island. Fort Shafter teens and Hickam Afb children with large tonsils can also develop obstructive sleep apnea.

Hawaii is a non habit forming sleep medication that is effective for non-apnea sleep issues. If you can’t seem to get enough sleep because you wake up too early, Hawaii is the natural sleeping solution for staying asleep until the morning. If your partner is currently using a CPAP breathing machine and the noise makes it difficult for you to fall asleep, Hawaii can help you start your night out right by falling asleep fast. See http://www.bestsleepaids.net for Hawaii ordering info and more helpful sleep tips.

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In M C B H Kaneohe Bay

February 12th, 2010 by acument367

Safe OTC Sleep Aids In M C B H Kaneohe Bay Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the M C B H Kaneohe Bay zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Wake Island folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Honolulu insomniacs.

Some Fort Shafter people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Hickam Afb doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.

Many sleep doctors in M C B H Kaneohe Bay recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include Hawaii and Melotrex. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Hickam Afb including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.

More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://www.bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order Hawaii and Melotrex, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

A Tamc Bedtime Story

February 5th, 2010 by acument367

A Tamc Bedtime Story Once upon a time there was a Buff car-drivin’ entrepreneur named Chris Klosterman (that’s me) who lived in Honolulu, HI. Chris’s father has had heart problems since he was relatively young and isn’t an example of heart-healthy eating. Chris’s mother, who lives in Hickam Afb, suffers from emphysema due to smoking. Chris plans to be around to spoil grandchildren in twenty years, so is trying hard to break the chain of parents’ poor examples when it comes to health.

Chris eats a healthy diet, sweats regularly at a gym in Wake Island and can often be found doing the downward dog at a Fort Shafter yoga studio. Chris has a strong immune system and, fortunately, hardly ever gets sick. (Don’t discount the obsessive hand-washing.) And in case you were wondering, Chris doesn’t touch cigarettes.

This all sounds good so far, right? Here is the problem. In spite of diligence, Chris often feels less-than-normal. Why? Insomnia. Not occasional sleeplessness, Chris goes weeks with wide awake sleep time. Our poor insomniac has watched all the old movies that play on TCM–several times each!

If you suffer from insomnia, you know that it doesn’t matter if you have a heart rate of 20, a bloodstream free of cholesterol and can run a four-minute mile–you still feel lousy!

A friend in Tamc challenged me to compare some good sleep aids to find one that works for me. I start tonight with Reposanex. I did some extensive research and found only positive feedback about this all natural sleep remedy. I will use it for a week and then try Hawaii to see which one is the most effective for chronic sleeplessness. Check back soon for the end of the story.

I hope to live (and sleep) happily ever after.

Hawaii for Jet Lag in Honolulu

January 27th, 2010 by acument367

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Chris here again sharing sleep news for Honolulu insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Honolulu for several months now. So far, I have tried Melotrex and Reposanex. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare Hawaii.

Hawaii works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Hickam Afb on business next week, I will definitely need Hawaii. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on Hawaii, Melotrex, , and Reposanex, see sleeplab.mysleepaidblog.com. These sleep aids are available online for all Wake Island and Fort Shafter folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Hickam Afb area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!
